Sparkler Orders are processed and shipped out same business day  before 12 Noon. Orders placed after 12 Noon or on holidays and weekends  will be shipped out the next business day.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide  through our website.  Please check to make sure the address submitted  through our website is the correct address where you would like your  package shipped. We do not check the address through PayPal.  If you  have a question or a problem submitting the correct address, please  contact us.

If your order is returned to us due an invalid address, we will  contact you.  If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be  required to pay the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped.   If you do not wish to pay the re-shipping charge, your order will be  refunded minus the original shipping charges.

Change of address

If you need to change your address and your order has not shipped out  yet you MUST call us first! This is the best way to ensure your order  can be corrected. You will be required to email us your address as well  to make sure there are no errors in the address when we ship it out.

If your order has shipped already and you need to change your  address, you must contact us and we will contact UPS.  There will be an  address change fee of 15 dollars. This fee goes directly to UPS. Please  note,there is no guarantee that the package address will be changed in  time for delivery.  

 

What if my sparklers arrive damaged?

Occasionally  sparklers do get damaged in shipping.  Please take photo proof of your  damaged sparklers.  This will allow us to file a claim with UPS.  Once  we receive the photos, we will reship out the replacement sparklers.   Please remember, there is no express shipping on sparklers, even  replacement sparklers.  If the replacements will not arrive on time for  your event, we will refund you for the damaged sparklers.


What if my sparklers get lost in the mail?

It's rare but packages do get lost while in transit.  Please frequently  check your tracking information. If the tracking information says your  package was delivered but you do not have it, you are required to  contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.  At that time, we will  file a claim with UPS. Once UPS reaches a decision regarding the claim,  we will contact you.  If you need your sparklers before UPS reaches  their decision, it is recommend that you place another order. After 10  days of the delivery date, there is little chance of UPS being able to  find the package. Wholesalesparklers.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delivery errors.


Can I have my sparklers expressed shipped?

Unfortunately, no. Sparklers, by law, can only be shipped ground.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship out every order the next business day. If you place  your order before noon eastern time, we may be able to ship the same day  (We suggest calling ahead to see if this is possible.) Shipping times  are 1-5 days depending on where they are being shipped. Sometimes  packages get lost in the mail or delivery trucks get behind, please  order your sparklers as far in advance as possible.

We us Paypal as our credit card process. No need to have a Paypal Account to order.


We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you must call us right away.

If you need to return your order a few things you should note:

Sparklers must be unopened. We do offer partial refunds.

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your order to file a return.


We  do not refund the actual shipping charges that we paid to ship your  order. Actual shipping charges vary depending on what you ordered and  where you are located.


You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please  make sure your sparklers are packed well. You may wish to insure the  package that you are shipping back. If we receive damaged sparklers  we  will not refund you. We will provide photo documentation so you may file  a claim with the shipping carrier.


Custom Sparkler Tags or Signs cannot be returned. Please be sure to check the information before you submit it.

Please  check your order to ensure your delivery address is correct. If your  order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you.   If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay  the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped.  If you do not  wish to pay the re-shipping charge, your order will be refunded minus  the original shipping charges. There is a Restocking Fee of 15% on ALL  Sparkler orders that are returned not due to error on our part or  damage.


Please note, there is a  address correction fee if your  order is shipped to the wrong address and UPS needs to make an address  correction. Please read through our shipping policy for more details.


MyWeddingSparklers.com  is not responsible for orders that are delivered and not returned if  the address on the order form is incorrect.


Refunds may take 2-4 days to process and return to your account.

Damaged Products

As  with anything that is mail ordered, there is always the risk of  receiving packages that are damaged in transit.  You have 10 days after  delivery to let us know if your package arrived damaged.  You will be  required to take photo proof of the damaged items.  This is done in  order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we receive  the photos, we will reship new sparklers for you.
